How do I link LoadPay to my Triumph Payments wallet?

Modified on Thu, 25 Sep, 2025 at 12:38 PM

Whether you're a Select or Non-Select Carrier with Triumph Payments, linking your LoadPay account ensures faster access to funds. Here's how to get started:

For Select Carriers

If you're a Select Carrier, you can link your LoadPay account directly from your Payments dashboard:

  1. Log in to the Payments portal and go to the My Wallet section on your dashboard.
  2. Click Add Account and choose USD LoadPay when prompted.
  3. Click Link Accounts, then review the benefits of using LoadPay.
  4. Enter your LoadPay login credentials and click Sign In.
  5. You’ll see a confirmation screen showing your LoadPay card and verifying that future payments will be deposited into your LoadPay account.

Tip: If you see a task in your dashboard to link wallets, click it for the fastest setup.

For Non-Select Carriers

If you're a Non-Select Carrier, you’ll need to follow a manual process with assistance from LoadPay support:

  1. Open the Payment client portal and log in. Keep that page open while you go through the next steps.
  2. Contact LoadPay support at 1-800-850-8234 or by emailing help@LoadPay.com.
  3. A support team member will send you an email with a secure link.
  4. Click the CLICK HERE link in the email to go to the LoadPay login screen.
  5. Sign in with your LoadPay credentials. You’ll be automatically redirected back to your Payments dashboard.
  6. A pop-up will confirm that your LoadPay account is now linked. You can also verify by checking your wallet settings.

Once linked, all Triumph payments will be deposited directly into your LoadPay account, instantly and with no bank verification delay.
