How do I link LoadPay to my factoring wallet?

If you're factoring with Triumph Factoring Services, CH Robinson Factoring Powered by Triumph, or RXO Extra, you can request to have LoadPay added as your payment method. Here's how:

1. Let your support rep know you want to add LoadPay to your MyTriumph account.
2. You'll receive an email asking for your consent—just reply to the email with the word “ADD.”
3. Once confirmed, your wallet should reflect the change within 24–48 hours.
