How to do I send money to one of my other bank accounts?

If you want to move money from your LoadPay account to another bank account you own, you have two options:

Instant Transfer: Funds arrive within minutes, anytime day or night. A small fee applies.
ACH Transfer:
- Standard ACH: Free, delivered in 1–3 business days.
- Express ACH: $10 flat fee, delivered same business day* if submitted before cutoff times (8am, 12pm, or 2pm CST).

Steps for Instant Transfer:

1. From your LoadPay dashboard, click Transfer Funds.

2. Choose Instantly Pay Yourself.

3. Enter the transfer amount, select your external account, and click Review Transfer.

4. Confirm and complete the transfer. Funds typically arrive within seconds.

*Excludes weekends and federal holidays.
