Once your LoadPay account is approved, you’ll immediately receive a virtual debit card in your LoadPay Wallet. This card includes a card number, expiration date, and CVV—so you can start making online purchases and payments right away, even before your physical card arrives.
Physical Card Shipping Timeline
Your physical LoadPay debit card is typically shipped within 3 business days of account approval.
Cards are sent via USPS Standard Mail and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
What if it hasn’t arrived yet?
- If it’s been less than 10 business days, your card is likely in transit.
- If it’s been more than 10 business days, please contact LoadPay Support so we can check the status and help you request a replacement if needed.
