Where do I find my account documents and statements?

You can view and download your monthly LoadPay account statements directly from your dashboard.

Here’s how:

1. Log in to your LoadPay account.
2. In the left-hand menu, select LoadPay Account.
3. Click on Statements & Notices.
4. On the Statements tab, you’ll see a list of monthly statements.
5. Click the Download icon next to the statement you want and save the PDF to your device.

If you’re unable to download the statement due to a device issue, you can try another device. Or, contact LoadPay Support and we’ll email the statement to the address we have on file.
